As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable growth for the brand.
Role Overview :
You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube). A working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) will be an added advantage. The right candidate is data-driven, ROI-focused, and passionate about scaling a D2C lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A / B testing to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA) and prepare weekly / monthly reports.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure ad messaging resonates with our audience.
- Manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI across campaigns.
- Support Meta Ads campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements :
2–4 years of proven experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management (e-commerce / D2C preferred).Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel / Sheets.Ability to balance creativity with numbers to deliver growth.What We Offer :
