The JD as below :
- Maintaining STRONG Relationship with Existing customers.
- Finding new customers online.
- Updating clients with new products.
- Sending prices, samples and other documents by email to customers
- Writing down quotations in the inquiry book
- Following up with clients for orders, maintaining records and payments accordingly.
- Coordination with the Purchase department and follow up of shipments.
- Coordination with logistic department for freight
- Negotiating Prices, payment terms for getting Order till execution
- Retaining the existing customers and the potential customers through various online application like Skype, etc
- Targeting clients with specific products in case of stocks.
- Having track on exhibitions held for the whole year.
- Contacting exhibitors of each exhibition with the company's updated product list.
- Maintaining records of each exhibitions & contacting exhibitors on monthly basis
- Arranging meeting schedules with International clients.
- Contacting visited clients with issues discussed & following up on regular basis for requirements
Minimum experience - 4-5 years in Pharma Export Marketing
