ServiceNow Engineer / Developer

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and financial modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security principles.
• Experience in designing and implanting ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
• Experience with virtual agent deployment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
