OmnisAI is a fast-growing company building AI-powered platforms for legal, compliance, and enterprise operations. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our product team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications with attention to performance, scalability, and security
Refactor, optimize, and extend legacy systems where necessary
Architect reusable components and services to support evolving business needs
Manage the entire lifecycle of features from planning to production deployment
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, modular, and well-tested code
Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces for efficient execution
Mentor and support junior team members
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
Take initiative in identifying and resolving technical challenges early

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience in professional environments

Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach

Ability to quickly understand and improve complex codebases

Proven experience managing large-scale feature rollouts

High attention to code quality, maintainability, and long-term architecture

Excellent communication skills and team collaboration

Passion for clean code, modern engineering practices, and innovation

Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Comfort in adapting to changing requirements and priorities

Trusted to deliver under pressure while upholding system integrity and performance

AI & Automation :

PDF / OCR processing, clause analysis, document intelligence

OpenAI (GPT-3.5 / GPT-4 / GPT-5), Google Gemini, RAG systems

ETL pipelines, payment gateway integrations

Workflow automation, background processing

Project & Workflow Management :

Sprint planning, CI / CD, multi-environment deployment
