Job Overview :

The Office Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations managing administrative staff and implementing processes that support organizational productivity. This role involves supervising office functions maintaining smooth workflows and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Office Management : Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and coordination among administrative tasks and maintaining a wellorganized workplace.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor administrative staff providing guidance conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional development.
  • Policy Implementation : Develop implement and enforce office policies and procedures to promote productivity and maintain a cohesive work environment.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management : Monitor and manage the office budget control expenses and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Facilities and Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors manage office leases and oversee facility maintenance to support a comfortable and safe work environment.
  • Event Coordination : Plan and execute internal events team meetings and training sessions managing logistics and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Executive Support : Provide highlevel administrative support to executives as needed including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and handling confidential information.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in office management administration or a similar role with supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Job Location : Remote / Hybrid / InOffice
