Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Talent Acquisition Manager - US IT. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies, working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.
Qualifications
Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with US work authorization processes is a plus
