About You

You live and breathe performance marketing. ROAS is your native language. You’ve managed campaigns that don’t just get clicks — they convert. Whether it’s optimizing a funnel, A / B testing creatives, or scaling a campaign from $1K to $50K, you know exactly how to make it happen.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager / Paid Advertising Lead to join our remote team and lead performance across Google, TikTok, and Facebook Ads .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns that meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Manage budgets, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Test creatives, hooks, and audience segments to identify what converts.
  • Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance insights.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Google / TikTok / Meta).
  • Proven track record managing $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline of projects.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and creative testing platforms.
  • Previous experience in agency or performance-driven environments.
