Job Description –

Senior Software Engineer / Senior Salesforce Developer :

Role Overview :

Salesforce Software Engineer with strong development expertise and hands-on experience in nCino or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable salesforce solutions with a focus on the banking and lending domain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Integrations .
  • Customize and extend nCino Loan Origination System (Loans, Loan Product Packages, Document Manager, Collateral and Covenants).
  • Implement sharing rules, security, approval processes, and maintain compliance with salesforce best practices.
  • Work with product engineers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Optimize code for performance, scalability, and governor limits .
  • Support deployments, UAT, and ongoing production issues.

Experience Required :

  • 7-10 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of nCino or FSC implementation experience. (Good to have).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Hands on experience with integration patterns : REST / SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
