KRA – 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality  3D models & photorealistic renders  for luxury residential architecture and interiors.
• Convert conceptual sketches, mood boards, and parametric ideas into  accurate visual outputs .
• Collaborate closely with the design lead to refine concepts and support  design development .
• Deliver  draft and final renders, walkthroughs, 360° views , and presentation-ready visuals.
• Incorporate revisions quickly and maintain Nema’s  visual and detailing standards .
• Coordinate with CAD and architecture teams to ensure  dimensionally correct visuals .
• Support marketing and client presentations with  render sheets, animations, and visuals .
• Maintain a structured library of  textures, materials, lighting setups, and furniture models .
• Ensure timely delivery across multiple projects and provide  daily work updates .

KPIs :  Quality of renders, turnaround time, revision efficiency, design alignment, and contribution to client approvals.
