Sales & Operations Executives

Position Overview

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, therapy coordination and data-driven decision-making. The Sales & Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic and supporting families throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel parents on child development consultations and therapy services.

Follow up with leads to drive conversions and gather feedback.

Manage therapy schedules and ensure timely completion of sessions.

Support onboarding of new patients and guide them through clinic processes.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to aid operational decisions.

Coordinate with therapy and clinical teams for seamless service delivery.

Ensure efficient clinic workflows and deliver an excellent customer experience.
