EBG Group established in 2019, partnered with Global Brands securing licensing agreements, Hospitality Industry, Furniture products, Life Style and brand presence across multiple industries. We are looking for Head - Furniture Business Expansion (Appoint master franchises / Super Stockists / stockist franchises) for EBG Group for Furniture Business expansion etc.
Role - Head - Furniture Business Expansion
Location - Hyderabad
Experience - 15-20 years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel, stockist, distributor
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint super stockists Zone Level / Master Franchises at State Level and Franchises at Major Cities in targeted regions.
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and sales growth.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential regions and partners.
2. Channel Management
Build strong relationships with super stockists / Master Franchises / Franchises to ensure mutual growth.Monitor stockist / Master Franchises / Franchises performance in terms of sales, secondary distribution, and collections.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and business terms.3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales targets through super stockist / Master Franchise / Franchise network.Monitor sales data, analyse performance, and take corrective measures where required.Develop region-wise sales plans and monitor achievement against targets.4. Supply Chain & Operations
Ensure timely supply of products to stockists and sub-dealers.Oversee inventory planning and order management.Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth operations.5. Team Leadership & Training
Build and manage a sales and distribution team for stockist / Master Franchise / Franchisesupport.
Provide training and guidance to team members and distribution partners.Set performance benchmarks and review progress regularly.6. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and distribution strategies.Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, consumer preferences, andproduct demand.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience in channel sales, distribution, and Super stockist / Master Franchise / State Level Franchise appointments.Proven track record in appointing and managing super stockists / distributors (preferably in furniture, FMCG, or consumer durables).Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Strategic thinker with execution capability.Knowledge of furniture industry trends and regional market dynamics (preferred).MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development / Management.Prior experience in appointing and managing stockists / distributors is mandatory.Exposure to furniture / consumer durables / lifestyle products will be an added advantage.Kindly Apply with your updated CV.
