We are seeking a skilled IT specialist to provide exceptional support to our users. As the primary contact point, you will be responsible for qualifying and opening tickets, triaging issues to respective teams, and providing regular updates on ticket status.
You will also manage complex tasks effectively, with expertise in remote support and troubleshooting. A solid understanding of hardware accessories, devices, and peripherals is essential, as well as flexibility to work rotational shifts.
