Key Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of Organizational Structure Framework relevant to MM

Backend configurations and settings

Expertise in Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Record, Source List, Quota Arrangement, Service Master

Hands-on experience with Purchasing documents (PR, PO, RFQ, Outline Agreements, Contracts, Schedule Agreements)

Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Physical Inventory, Transfer Posting

Invoice Verification (Credit / Debit Memo, Subsequent Debit / Credit)

Return Goods Process, Sub-contracting, Consignment, Pipeline

Pricing Procedure Configurations

Integration with other modules

S / 4HANA experience (Good to have)

Ability to prepare Functional Specifications, Test Scripts

Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and learnability

Additional Good-to-Have Skills :

SAP WM / EWM cross-skill

Recent certification

Domain experience
