About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Game Operations & Technical Support Specialist to join our Games Team. This role combines technical integration support with essential operational tasks, ensuring smooth game submissions, SDK integrations, and internal process management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the gaming industry, familiarity with major game engines, and a strong understanding of app submission workflows for both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Review vendor source code and integrate required SDKs.
• Configure VMW, VPN, and related tools to support app store submissions.
• Prepare and submit apps to Google Play and Apple App Store post SDK integration.
• Work with game engines / frameworks such as Cocos Creator, Unity, Flutter, and Swift .
• Apply knowledge of mobile game development workflows and best practices.
• Utilize strong understanding of Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect processes.
