Roles And Responsibilities

Work independently on pre-sales activities, which includes :

• Good knowledge on End point security & UTM technology and providing complete solution to the customers and partners
• Presenting K7 products and services portfolio to customer and partners
• Preparing POC closure documents and help sales to close the deal.
• Responsible to train, manage and update Enterprise Channel Partner Pre-Sale Consultant or Engineer on the product / technology knowledge.
• Work hand-in hand with sales counterparts to grow the enterprise business
• Update the customer and partners on product changes, product upgrades and product innovations.
• Work closely with Regional Manager and Product management team to obtain the latest Product / Technology know how.
• Conduct competitors product analysis
