Strategy & Vision :
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for AI Knowledge Base products.
- Identify new opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and emerging AI trends.
Execution & Delivery :
Prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and competitive insights.Lead cross-functional teams to build, iterate, and deliver best-in-class AI capabilities.Drive POCs, experiments, and rapid prototyping to validate product hypotheses.Leadership & Collaboration :
Mentor PMs and influence cross-functional teams to align around shared outcomes.Act as a product expert and champion for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytics & Continuous Improvement :
Define, measure, and own KPIs such as adoption, retention, NPS / CSAT, and product impact.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to continuously refine the product.Requirements : Experience :
8+ years of total professional experience, including 4+ years in Product Management (AI, chatbots, or SaaS preferred).2+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML domain, working closely with LLMs, data teams, or ML engineering.Technical Skills (Preferred) :
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, vector databases, and model evaluation.Familiarity with AI infrastructure : model fine-tuning, inference pipelines, orchestration, model monitoring.Experience working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, etc.) and integrating AI models into products.Comfortable discussing architectural concepts with engineering (microservices, data pipelines, model lifecycle).Ability to create and interpret technical documentation, PRDs, user flows, and data schemas.Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, GA4) and experimentation frameworks (A / B testing).Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying for insights (nice to have).Experience with knowledge bases, search systems, or NLP products is a strong plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
