Housekeeping Supervisor – Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-office
- Assign duties to housekeeping associates and ensure timely completion
- Inspect rooms, linen, amenities, and hygiene standards
- Train and guide team members to maintain service quality
- Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates
- Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
