About Us
Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for individuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique diagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, ensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the ongoing guidance they need to stay on track.
Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned-marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus),
Traya’s mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and
make effective treatment accessible to all.
Our Vision
We aim to create a global awareness movement around hair loss while delivering a scientifically
proven, holistic solution that combines the best of three sciences.
Responsibilities
- Editorial Ownership Across All Pages : You’ll plan, assign, and review every blog, article, and asset that goes out under Traya’s domain. You’ll know what’s getting published, when, and why.
- Team Management : Manage and mentor a team of writers (in-house + freelance). Help them grow, fix what’s not working, and encourage them to deliver better drafts more quickly.
- Content QA & Structure Review : You’ll review each piece for structure, clarity, keyword targeting, tone match, and AIO-readiness. You’re not here to grammar-check. You’re here to ensure performance.
- Upload Readiness & CMS Sync : Collaborate closely with the SEO and product teams to ensure content goes live promptly, fully structured, internally linked, and compliant.
- Parasite SEO Coordination : Coordinate with the ORB team to identify which blog content can be repurposed on Reddit / Quora. You’ll own the “central source of truth” and decide what goes where.
- Calendar and Output Tracking : Maintain a clear publishing tracker, showing output vs plan, gaps, upcoming themes, and seasonal focus areas.
- Compliance & Brand Consistency : Ensure all content follows Traya’s tone guide, medical disclaimers, and category-sensitive phrasing. No fluff, no overpromises, no marketing jargon
