Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Project Manager specializing in Civil projects, based in Coimbatore. The Area Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include resource planning, ensuring projects are executed within budget, managing construction teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaboration with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Experience managing multiple sites / regional operations preferred
• Prior experience in tech-enabled or organized construction companies is an advantage
