Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and project deliverables.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Linux Middleware Architect to lead middleware design and development for a prestigious automotive client specializing in 2-wheelers. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in C++ programming , IPC mechanisms , and Linux-based systems , along with strong leadership and customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and design middleware solutions for embedded Linux platforms in automotive systems.
- Lead the development and integration of IPC mechanisms across components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Act as a technical liaison with the customer, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Drive design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
