Job descriptionA graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required. We offer a competitive salary and performance-based incentives. A graduate / postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory. Freshers with 1 year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services, are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As an Investment Liaison Professional, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with investors and stakeholders.
You will educate investors about our financial products, investment processes, and policies. Additionally, you will resolve investor queries related to accounts, investments, transactions, or onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide information about our financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
- Support investor inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
