Keyskills : Mandatory

Experience in land sourcing in residential
Financial feasibility - financial modeling
Connected with multiple land channel partners / land acquisition dealers
Mixed experience of land sourcing and financial feasibility
Has has experience closing land deals

Roles & Responsibility :

Deal Sourcing strategy and network - Build and maintain a robust network of CP's who supply quality leads; Ensure TVSEL is the first preference for such CP's

Excellent understanding of market with respect to new launches, average prices, absorption trends, vacancy levels, key developers, infrastructure updates, land valuation etc.

Thorough understanding of concepts of valuation, grasp on financial modelling

Excellent team player who establishes trust and rapport with all internal and external stakeholders

Understands various clauses and their impact on business in all legal documents - term sheet, sale deed, JDA, shareholder agreement etc

Working knowledge of various zonal and revenue regulations in Bangalore

Ability to co-ordinate with consultants during diligence - legal, liaison, design, survey, soil testing etc.

Qualification :

MBA / Graduate from a reputed university

6 to 8 years of Land acquisition experience in real estate sector
