Support Engineer for DMS Support for Yamaha DealersCandidate must fulfill below criteria :Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExpertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of application development and deployment processesBasic knowledge of DatabaseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Language : MalayalamProvide first-line support for DMS-related issues and queries from dealers and internal stakeholders.Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to the DMS.Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and system enhancements.Conduct training sessions for dealers on the effective use of the DMS.Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.Assist in the implementation of DMS upgrades and new features.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain documentation of issues and solutions.Build strong relationships with dealers and provide excellent customer service.Skills Required
