We are seeking a Dairy Technologist to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about the dairy industry and eager to contribute to the development of innovative dairy products. The Dairy Technologist will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance with safety standards while working collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development to improve dairy products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in dairy production.
- Analyze milk samples for quality and composition.
- Assist in the development of new dairy products and flavors.
- Monitor production processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to understand consumer needs.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes and quality control.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of dairy processing techniques and technologies.Knowledge of quality control standards and food safety regulations.Familiarity with laboratory testing methods for dairy products.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.Education
