Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Python Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, data structures, SQL, and experience working with version control systems, containerization tools, and cloud environments like Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Python.
  • Write efficient and scalable code, following best practices.
  • Work with relational databases and write complex SQL queries.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures.
  • Use Git for code versioning and collaboration.
  • Package and deploy applications using Docker.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to manage deployments on Azure.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
  • Work within an agile team environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative development culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

    • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming, microservice architecture (e.g., asyncio, aiohttp).
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Familiarity with Python web frameworks like Django or FastAPI.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
