Business Process Automation Engineer

Role Summary :

The Automation Engineer – RPA develops workflow automation solutions for business and project processes using low-code / no-code platforms and custom development. This role focuses on creating applications and integrations that optimize cross-departmental processes, such as project management, HR workflows, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop workflow and business applications using PowerApps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and other RPA platforms.
• Automate repetitive processes such as document routing, reporting, approvals, and data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Engineering, PMO, HR, etc.) to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and trackers to improve project visibility and decision-making.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.) via APIs and connectors.
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and compliant with organizational policies.
• Provide training and user support for adopted solutions.
