Job Description : Multi Service Line Architect (MSLA) – General

Position overview : The MSLA will be responsible for analysing complex requirements from Enterprise Customers, creating solution frameworks to fit customer requirements, and driving solutions with SMEs from Service Lines, OEMs, and Partners. The role involves supervising and crafting winning solutions by guiding on infrastructure, application requirements, hardware, software, and services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Analyse Requirements : Ability to analyse large and complex requirements from Enterprise Customers either in a consultative mode or from RFP.
2. Solution Framework : Ability to create a Solution framework fitting to Customer requirements.
3. Drive Solutions : Ability to drive solution working with SMEs from Service Lines, OEMs, Partners.
4. Craft Winning Solutions : Ability to supervise and craft a winning solution by guiding on infrastructure, application requirements, hardware, software, services.
5. Win Theme Creation : Ability to create win theme, cost to win, price to win and drive the entire team.
6. Leadership : Leadership abilities, leading virtual teams not reporting directly.
7. Multi-Cultural Teams : Experience with multi-cultural, multi-geo teams.
8. Stakeholder Management : Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiations.
9. Communication : Excellent articulation and communication skills.
10. Solution Elements Understanding : Excellent understanding of different solution elements like Data centre, Network, Security, Tools, Automation, AI, AIOps, Database.
11. Enterprise Applications : Understanding of Enterprise Applications like Core Banking, SAP, CRM.
12. Contract Terms : Understanding of key Contract terms and conditions and how those would impact solution and risk mitigation.
