📚✨ We Are Hiring for Our Sister Concern

A Kids-Focused Retail Store in Thoraipakkam, Chennai!

If you love being around children, creating memorable experiences, and working in a learning-focused environment, this opportunity is for you! 🌟

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily retail operations
Plan & coordinate kids’ activity sessions (Reading, Craft, Storytelling, etc.)
Vendor coordination & inventory management
Ensure a great customer experience
Billing, POS & weekly sales reporting
Team training, scheduling & supervision
Maintain a safe, lively, child-friendly space

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in retail / hospitality / customer-facing roles

Strong English communication

People management & organisational skills

Basic computer / billing knowledge

Experience with children (preferred)

Interest in books, learning, or creative events

Reports To : Founder

Team Size : 2–3 Sales Associates

Salary : ₹25,000 per month

(Performance & salary review after 6 months)
