Role Overview : We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization as we continue to grow. This position requires a high level of proficiency in Zoho Books and advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger using Zoho Books .
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and manage invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct regular bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Create and maintain detailed financial reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
• Collaborate with the management team to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
