Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international voice process calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex questions about products / services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Open to work in Night Shift
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or under Graduate with minimum of 1 year of KYC,AML,Fraud Investigation Experience.Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.Call HR to Schedule your interview
