Job description

Job Title : Tr Transaction Processing Officer

Work Location : Tower IV, Upper Ground Floor-Level 1 and 3, Cybercity, Magarpattacity, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411013 (Work from Office)

Shift time : Mut be flexible enough for day, night or rotating shift

Job Description :

  • Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
  • Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
  • Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
  • Adhering to company ’s compliances and policies.
  • Completely work from office

Requirements

  • Looking for recent graduates in accounting field
  • Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.
  • Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.
  • Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy.
  • Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
  • Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Candidate should not have any backlog for participating in the hiring process.
  • Candidate must have good communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in any of Mphasis' operating locations.
  • Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.
  • Candidate must possess a valid Government issued identification document
