Job Description

The Construction Accounting Manager oversees and manages financial accounting functions for construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial management, and compliance.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities.
• Manage yearly audit and tax compliance process.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
