Job Overview :

We are hiring a Director to lead our Software Development Services division and drive strategic growth, innovation, and delivery excellence across multiple domains. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in Software Development , including 10+ years in a leadership position.

As a key leader, you will shape and execute the strategic vision for our core service offerings, manage large and complex global teams (U.S., India, and other locations), and collaborate with C-suite executives , clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and spearheading AI-driven innovation in the testing landscape.

Familiarity with domains such as Airlines, BFSI, Retail, or Energy & Utilities is a strong advantage.

  • From Code to Cockpit : End-to-end offshore project delivery across full-stack technologies (Java, Microservices, Kafka, Python, JavaScript, AWS Cloud, APIs, Testing) for a leading US based airline.
  • On-site Client Collaboration : Gather and translate client requirements to plan project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
  • Real-time Impact : Work on real-time systems that ensure airline safety and maintain aircraft airworthiness.
  • High-impact Teams : Lead, mentor, and collaborate with top software development and quality engineering talent.
  • Continuous Learning : Drive continuous process improvement and promote Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end offshore project delivery across full-stack technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite customer teams to gather and translate requirements.
  • Oversee project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack Developers.
  • Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track the work progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously drive process improvement and promote agile best practices.

    • Key Skills :

  • 20 years in software development and delivery / project management.
  • Strong experience in project management (Agile, Scrum)
  • Strong understanding of Full Stack technologies (Java, Microservices, Kafka, Python, JavaScript, AWS Cloud, APIs, Testing).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Strong risk management and team management capabilities.
