Automation and AI Architect

Cradlepoint is seeking an innovative Automation and AI Architect with deep experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a strong passion for Natural Language Understanding (NLU) . This pivotal role will focus on crafting prompts that bring out the most accurate, context-aware, and human-like responses from AI systems. As part of our AI & GenAI initiatives, you'll work on complex problem statements in generative AI, building intelligent applications that support our digital transformation journey.

What You Will Do : Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop prompts for a variety of applications, including text generation, translation, question answering, and creative writing.
• Collaborate closely with product teams and engineers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into effective prompts.
• Analyze and iterate on prompts based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct experiments and research to test new prompting techniques and continuously optimize existing workflows.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI , applying these insights directly to your work.
• Document and communicate your work clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, consistently meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously .
