Job Type & Logistics

  • Full-Time Role (This is not a 9-to-5 position)
  • Base Location : Pune or Solapur (must be available for both)
  • Travel & Stay : Fully covered for all work-related tours
  • CTC : ₹6 to ₹15 LPA based on dedication and performance.
  • Work Culture : Fast-paced, diverse, and multi-dimensional across domains

    • Preferred Education & Background

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in MBA, Mass Media, Secretarial Practice , or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant , HR , or Business Coordination roles
  • Strong skills in English communication, planning, and multi-tasking
  • Prior experience managing multiple stakeholders or reporting to leadership
  • Quick learners who adapt swiftly to business needs and leadership styles

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendar, meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate across Events, Training, Branding, Media, and Travel verticals
  • Handle professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare reports, track tasks, and support execution across domains
  • Serve as a bridge and right hand to Mr. Anish Sahasrabudhe
