Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesGuest Interaction : Greet customers warmly, present menus, escort them to tables, and provide recommendations for food and drink specials. Order Management : Take accurate food and beverage orders, effectively communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff. Food & Beverage Service : Promptly and accurately serve prepared meals and drinks to guests, ensuring proper presentation. Customer Satisfaction : Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction, address any complaints, and provide assistance as needed. Payment Processing : Present the bill, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately. Table Maintenance : Prepare tables for guests, including setting linens, silverware, and glassware, and clearing dirty dishes as needed. Dining Area Upkeep : Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping, wiping tables, and managing cleanliness in the service stations.
