Role Overview :
FACE Prep is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and manage core HR functions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore and requires hands-on expertise in HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and uphold a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end personnel administration, including employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements, screen candidates, and support onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, L&D programs, mandatory training compliance, and performance management processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration and positive employee experiences.
- Manage workplace relations, address employee concerns, and provide effective conflict resolution in line with company policies.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees and managers.
- Maintain HR systems and tools, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and employee-centric work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance management.Strong understanding of HR management frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and benefits administration.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.Proficiency with HRIS platforms, HR automation tools, and MS Office applications is preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
