Job Summary-

We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI / ML solutions in the financial services domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to deliver complex PoCs while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities-

• Architecture & Design :
• Architect end-to-end AI / ML solutions for use cases like fraud detection, risk scoring, customer analytics, and generative AI.
• Define scalable, secure AI architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Select tools, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs.
• Hands-On Development & PoCs :
• Build and validate PoCs using Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and cloud-native services.
• Rapidly prototype models and optimize for performance and compliance.
• Implementation & Mentorship :
• Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Promote best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.
