ServiceNow Architect

Epergne Solutions is looking for ServiceNow Architect in India with extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) .

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules and capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified SPM Architect (or equivalent certification)
• Architect and design comprehensive SPM solutions for demand management, resource management and financial planning
• Define and implement data models, workflows, and integrations to support SPM processes.
• Ensure that SPM solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Integrate SPM with other IT systems, such as ITSM, CMDB, and ERP, to enable seamless data flow and automation.
• Develop and maintain APIs and web services to support integrations
• Develop and implement process enhancements using SPM capabilities
