Role & responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies to understand existing workflows and identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Solution Requirement Documents, and Workflow Diagrams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create process flow diagrams and wireframes to visualize the current and future state of processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and assist in solution implementation.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that automation solutions meet defined requirements.
- Conduct data mapping and ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
- Analyze problems, propose multiple solutions, and support decision-making through brainstorming and structured thinking.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project deliverables and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
- Publish weekly project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Preferred candidate profile :
3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or process improvement projects.Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD / FRD documentation, and time & motion analysis.Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, or other wireframing / process mapping tools.Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA platforms) and transformation frameworks.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
