Role Overview :
The Corporate Conference Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate conferences and knowledge events organised by Le Confluence. This role demands strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work under dynamic event timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and manage all aspects of conference logistics, including venue coordination, speaker management, scheduling, and vendor relations.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to design event agendas, speaker line-ups, and promotional materials.
Develop partnerships and liaise with corporates, law firms, startups, sponsors, and academic institutions.
Handle end-to-end participant experience — from registration and queries to pre-event communication and on-site management.
Oversee budgeting, quotations, and financial tracking for each event.
Support digital and hybrid event executions through coordination with technical teams.
Monitor post-event analytics, feedback, and reporting to improve event quality.
Maintain strong professional relationships with speakers, partners, and sponsors for future engagements.
