Key Responsibilities :
Responsibilities
- Business Performance (40%)
- Analyze revenue and cost allocations, verifying accuracy
- Review employee and multi-product performance
- Evaluate incentive structures for employees
- Compliance & Surveillance (20%)
- Maintain top client records and trading evidence
- Monitor significant changes in client trading and branch activity
- Respond promptly to HO team on surveillance matters
- Resolve grievances, implementing control measures
- Business Improvement (20%)
- Develop region-level business MIS for RDs and CHs
- Execute action plans from Lakshya Meet
- Report monthly key parameters to CEO
- Enhance employee productivity and product participation
- Critical Tasks (20%)
- Support yield improvement plans
- Implement client mapping mechanisms
- Track expansion plans and Capex-related activities
- Update RDs on target achievements
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or auditingRequired Skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills
