Key Responsibilities :
- Design an end-to-end solution that aligns with business requirements and is scalable.
- Deliver good user experience by ensuring no bottlenecks on performance
- Work with stakeholders / functional team to understand requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Configure and customize CRM to meet specific business requirements, including sales, service, marketing modules and system integration needs.
- Implement best practices for the team.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 CRM wherever required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide support during and after the system implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Document / review SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document, overall architecture and any other project-related technical documents.
Desired Skills and Experience :
10-14 years of experience in technical role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platformGood understanding of configuring and customizing D365 application to meet specific business requirementsExperience in overall data modellingMandatory Technical Skills :Good experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing and implementing key modules of CRM, such as Sales, Service and Marketing.Strong knowledge of Out of the Box features of D365 CRM in mapping business requirements and identifying specific ones that need customizationEnd to end solution design to ensure solution meets business requirements and is scalableExperience in working on SQL serverGood understanding of Microsoft Licenses, cloud architectureGood knowledge of Azure servicesWell versed with integration technologies and good understanding on handling integrations in D365 with other business applicationsExperience in ensuring performance is optimizedGood understanding of designing and implementing security in D365Experience in setting best practices, reviewing technical tasks of the teamCompilation / review technical documentationOther Mandatory Skills :Ability to conduct technical sessions for the team.Strong communication skills with the ability to work with clients and internal teams effectively.Team managementExperience in .NetOther Non-mandatory Skills :Experience in Power BISkills Required
