Key Responsibilities :
Define architecture and technical standards for Angular-based web applications and related component libraries.
Architect, design and review .NET Core microservices (API design, messaging, resiliency, CI / CD) deployed to Azure (App Services, Containerization, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos / SQL, APIM).
Specify native mobile app architecture patterns and guidelines for SwiftUI (iOS) and Jetpack Compose (Android), including shared data, offline sync, feature flagging, and CI pipelines.
Own and evolve the design system : components, tokens, theming, versioning, and cross-platform implementation patterns.
Ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance across web and mobile UIs; define test strategies and automated checks.
Drive browser performance strategy : metrics (LCP, CLS, FID, TTFB), profiling, bundling strategies, lazy-loading, and telemetry.
Introduce and apply AI-enabled design-to-code workflows (Figma plugins, automation, prototypes → code)
Mentor engineering teams, perform architecture reviews, set engineering standards, and support sprint planning and SDLC governance.
Collaborate with product, UX, security and infra teams to translate product requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
Required Skills :
20+ years software engineering experience; 15+ years in architecture or tech lead role.
Deep expertise with Angular (component architecture, NgRx / State mgmt, CLI, Ivy, DX).
Strong hands-on experience building and operating .NET Core microservices (C#, DDD, REST / gRPC, health checking, logging, tracing).
Proven Azure experience : compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring, and IaC.
Practical knowledge of SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose architecture best practices and tradeoffs.
Exposure to WCAG 2.2 and accessibility testing tools and processes.
Strong understanding of web performance metrics and hands-on optimization techniques.
Solid grasp of SDLC phases : requirements, design, implementation, testing, release, monitoring, and maintenance.
