Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and landscaping.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants / residents.
• Oversee budgets, rent collection, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Maintain property records, leases, and statutory documentation.
