About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Demandbase Specialist with strong experience in B2B Marketing and Account-based Marketing (ABM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns within Demandbase to drive engagement, generate qualified opportunities, and support account-based strategies across target accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns in Demandbase across display, retargeting, and engagement channels.
- Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with sales teams to target high-value accounts.
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies aligned with the buyer journey and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular reporting.
- Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to improve ROI and pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with ABM messaging and overall marketing strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing effectively, ensuring spend aligns with pipeline and ROI goals.
- Stay current with the latest Demandbase features, ABM trends, and B2B marketing best practices.
Key Requirements :
3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven hands-on experience in Demandbase campaign setup and optimization.Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies.Familiarity with programmatic advertising, paid media, and CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align marketing with sales objectives.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in SaaS / IT / B2B Tech industries.Certifications in Demandbase, Google Ads, or HubSpot.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot for campaign tracking and reporting.
