Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Technical Head. The Technical Head will oversee technical operations, provide guidance to technical teams, and manage projects to ensure objectives are met. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, training staff, and developing innovative processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the role involves driving technical initiatives, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in technology innovation and project management is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering
