Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee MEP and civil maintenance operations ensuring smooth and safe facility functioning.

Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs and promote energy conservation practices.

Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all installations.

Manage breakdowns, downtime, and ensure timely restoration of services.

Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory management of spares and consumables.

Monitor and ensure contractor compliance, quality of service, and adherence to site rules.

Prepare and share daily reports, maintenance logs, and incident summaries with the Facility Manager.

Handle shift operations independently and assist in soft services as required.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

3–6 years of experience in technical facility management (M&E).

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and preventive maintenance.

Good communication, vendor management, and reporting skills.
