Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to represent one of our prestigious international airline clients in the South Indian market. This role will focus on achieving revenue targets, strengthening market presence, and building strategic relationships with travel agents and distribution partners.

You’ll play a key role in driving growth and visibility for the airline in South India and report directly to the Founder & CEO, with a transition to the Line Business Head over time.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the client airline in South India and act as their key point of contact with local partners.

Build and nurture relationships with travel agencies and OTAs to enhance sales and brand awareness.

Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets aligned with client and internal KPIs.

Educate partners on the airline’s product offerings and ensure optimal usage and promotion, including power point presentations.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities and distribution channels in the market.

Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with internal and client teams to support sales planning, strategy execution, and reporting.

Deliver regular performance updates and reports to senior leadership.

Support the development of scalable processes and tools to streamline sales and account management.

Requirements

Education :

Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications in business or travel management are a plus.

Experience :

2–5 years of proven experience in airline or travel agency sales, with a strong focus on the South India market.

Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the region’s travel ecosystem will be beneficial.

Skills :

Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic & agile environment.

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong planning capabilities.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are a plus.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
