Job descriptionSupporting Experience on Genesys environment and predominently Genesys Infra and architectStrong knowledge on DID and gateway configuration, routing,User creations,permissions,Agent desktop / soft phone configfurations etc , predominently Genesys InfraShould have good understanding on AWS lambda and JavaGood knowledge of Genesys architectureShould be able to troubleshoot the production issuesShould be having 3-5 years of experience on Genesys(Architect, admin..etc)Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Work & Coordinate with customer and stake holders to assist in Problem resolution.Good skills on creation of technical product documentationGood Knowledge in Databases like SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008.Performs Root Cause Analysis & Track and update key performance metricsAct as a point of contact for all service delivery issues / pending work / escalationsProvide team support and process improvements through individual contributionsMaintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.Perform change management in accordance with change management proceduresHandles escalations & Participate in regular operational meetings & Knowledge on SLAsWilling to learn new technologies .
