Job description
  • Supporting Experience on Genesys environment and predominently Genesys Infra and architect
  • Strong knowledge on DID and gateway configuration, routing,User creations,permissions,Agent desktop / soft phone configfurations etc , predominently Genesys Infra
  • Should have good understanding on AWS lambda and Java
  • Good knowledge of Genesys architecture
  • Should be able to troubleshoot the production issues
  • Should be having 3-5 years of experience on Genesys(Architect, admin..etc)
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Work & Coordinate with customer and stake holders to assist in Problem resolution.
  • Good skills on creation of technical product documentation
  • Good Knowledge in Databases like SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008.
  • Performs Root Cause Analysis & Track and update key performance metrics
  • Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues / pending work / escalations
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.
  • Perform change management in accordance with change management procedures
  • Handles escalations & Participate in regular operational meetings & Knowledge on SLAs
  • Willing to learn new technologies . That knowledge and skills that ensure enhanced productivity.
  • Good knowledge of Repository Tools like CVS,and SVN.
  • Knowledge on Service Now will be add on
  • Willing to Work in shifts.(including NIght shifts)
